Rich or poor, everybody loves a bargain. Two of our favorite stores are Grocery Outlet and Big Lots. Both are discount stores. The deals come and go, so you have to pounce when you find something you like. More and more, these stores are stocking higher quality food and treats. Made in the USA, single source protein, and rawhide-free chews are fairly common finds.
Another great staple bargain is Hartz cat litter. Low dust, fresh scent that doesn't overpower and regularly priced at $7 for 20lbs. Combine that with frequent 15% and 20% coupons, and it's as cheap as it gets.
Right now, you can find decent quality dog clothes, flea control, environmentally friendly potty pads, and coir paw print door mats at Big Lots. Grocery Outlet has bone shaped cutting boards, fake grass potty training aids, and self heating pet mats at prices you can't beat.
